Therapeutic Yoga

In therapeutic yoga, we work with the body and breath to help relax, increase mobility, strengthen, and find greater ease in our body and mind. Each class will include a gentle but dynamic warm-up sequence. Then we slowly investigate the alignment and of each posture with variations and prop modifications. To cultivate therapeutic results, classes will focus on the breath, encourage a slow pace, as well as gentle movements and stretches in order to remove imbalances and foster greater postural awareness.

Recommended yoga experience: none required, great for first-timers
Focus: Increased range of motion, support for existing injury and imbalance, stress relief
