In many methods of meditation you are asked to drop an anchor (or reference point) to come back to again and again. In this meditation we pull up the anchor and let our awareness sail with very basic guidance. This meditation is inspired by the work of Sam Harris who guides us “to do nothing” and “make no effort” but to notice the nature of our own mind when sitting still. A simple but very powerful (and pragmatic) practice.
