All-Around Yoga

Pace: Moderate

A thorough yoga practice with plenty of options and variations, making it suitable for beginners through to experienced participants. Yoga postures are instructed with respect to alignment, body awareness, mobility and balance. Breathing exercises and meditative guidance is offered to help focus the mind and regulate the nervous system.
