If you love a physical challenge, a new perspective, and a dose of kid-like play, come learn to balance upside down in a workshop dedicated to handstand (adho mukha vrksana – upside down tree pose). Standing on your hands is exhilarating and energizing, and opens you to a new playful viewpoint while experiencing the world upside down.
In this workshop you will be guided through a variety of preparation exercises, variations, and prop assisted modifications as you work towards handstand. It is suitable for all-levels, with the willingness to explore something new and challenging.
