In this all levels Whole Body Practice there is more of a focus on twisting safely. We start with a gentle warm up of the spine and gradually get deeper and more energetic in the practice. The class winds down with some gentle “cool down” postures and you will finish the class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Twisting (safely) is necessary for a healthy spine and it also helps to support the digestive process.

Recommended Props: Two blocks are optional
