Mats Aside Book Club: Yoga for a World Out of Balance by Michael StoneApril 3, 2013
Celebrate Mother’s Day (one day early) by practicing yoga together in a positive and supportive space with Heather Dawson, RYT-200.
This will be a gentle hatha yoga class with partner-assisted poses, breathing exercises and ending with some relaxing restorative poses.
After class we will share tea and snacks. No yoga experience necessary.

Heather believes yoga is for everyone and finds great personal joy in helping students discover what is right for them. Heather continues to deepen her practice through study and by teaching, she feels blessed to be surrounded by a beautiful community of teachers and practitioners who give so much and are a constant source of knowledge, guidance and inspiration. When not practicing or studying yoga Heather will be found outdoors; hiking, skiing, running, cycling, snowshoeing and walking her dogs, she has a great love for all forms of physical activity. Heather is registered with Yoga Alliance RYT 200 and has taken additional training in Restorative, Prenatal, Kids, Yin, Seniors and Pilates.
