Patrick Dunphy

Patrick Dunphy, former frontman of Montreal-based indie rock band King Karoshi, released his first solo EP titled Seasons Changing in January 2018. The stripped down, intimate sensibility of his songwriting is informed by years of performing unplugged in yoga classes for silent audiences.

Chris began yoga many years ago when he started to notice his body wasn’t recovering fast enough from some minor injuries, muscle strains, and stiffness he commonly suffered while playing hockey and football. Shortly after joining his first yoga class, Chris was hooked.
