Part 1 • Lower Body • February 18th, 2021
In this workshop, we will work on self-massage for the lower body – feet, calves, shins, thighs, hips and glutes using grippy, pliable rubber balls. Do your feet ache at the end of day? Are your hips tight from sitting? Are your hamstrings chronically tight? This workshop will teach you techniques you can incorporate into a daily self-care routine.
Part 2 • Upper Body • February 25th, 2021
In this workshop, we will work on self-massage for the upper body – Low back, mid back, upper back, shoulders, chest, jaw and neck. Do you have tension headaches, back pain, sore shoulders, jaw pain? This workshop will teach you techniques you can incorporate into a daily self-care routine.
