Yoga Tune Up Ball Therapy for Self-Massage Part One: Lower Body

Part 1 • Lower Body • February 18th, 2021

In this workshop, we will work on self-massage for the lower body – feet, calves, shins, thighs, hips and glutes using grippy, pliable rubber balls. Do your feet ache at the end of day? Are your hips tight from sitting? Are your hamstrings chronically tight? This workshop will teach you techniques you can incorporate into a daily self-care routine.

Part 2 • Upper Body • February 25th, 2021

In this workshop, we will work on self-massage for the upper body – Low back, mid back, upper back, shoulders, chest, jaw and neck. Do you have tension headaches, back pain, sore shoulders, jaw pain? This workshop will teach you techniques you can incorporate into a daily self-care routine.

Heather Dawson

Heather is a Yoga and Pilates Instructor, a certified Yoga Tune Up Teacher and a Ball Therapy Practitioner. She provides classes that integrate anatomy awareness and myofascial release. Heather can be often spotted carrying a bag of massage balls to class as she thrives to help her students learn to move better and live a healthier, well balance life in their bodies.
