Yoga is an amazing practice but sometimes a little hard on the knees. This practice is for those with sensitivity in their knees when kneeling or standing (weight bearing). We will take care of our knees (and other things) gently, in mostly seated and reclined postures and movements.

Recommended Props: Mat, strap/belt, hard blocks
