This therapeutic yoga class moves gently and methodically through the body, warming up our joints and stretching our muscles. You’ll create freedom in the spine and hips through organic movements and slow stretches. Then you’ll lie down for supportive, releasing reclined stretches. This is a low-intensity practice that prepares you physically and mentally for the day ahead or helps you fall into a good night’s sleep.
