Our experience of time is inconsistent; sometimes we lose it, or it drags, or it slips away. One of the effects of mindfulness practice is that we regulate our experience of time to feel its flow without interruption. In this meditation, we explore our mind’s influence on our experience of time, and how to release into its natural current.
