Your shoulders, the most mobile joints in your body, but those long days in front of a computer tapping away can leave your shoulders feeling anything but. In this total body class there is a focus on moving the shoulders in a variety of ways with the intention of reclaiming the mobility and strength that healthy shoulders should have. Chris teaches this class with props and variations and it’s suitable for those with some yoga experience or athletic beginners.
