Physical activity and movement have always been an important part of Sarah’s life, being active in dance, soccer and rugby for many years. She started practicing yoga in 2010 as a way of rehabilitating an old rugby injury. Her love for the practice quickly grew, as yoga helped not just with her physical injuries, but also brought a sense of mental and emotional balance. In 2019, Sarah completed her 200-hour teacher training at Semperviva so she could share the benefits she’d experienced from yoga with others. Since then, Sarah has added different styles to both her own movement practice and training in order to share those with others; including PyroPilates/HIIT with Missy Jones in 2020, Spa Yoga with Carolyn Budgell in 2021, Mat Pilates with Shannon Cluff in 2022, and Yin Yoga with Jolene Bayda in 2023.

Outside of the studio, Sarah spends her time taking dance classes, reading and cuddling her cat Ozzy.
