Meditation, Hiking and Yoga in the Forest

Take a meditative walk on the wild side… in the natural beauty of Belcarra’s trails. Through guided meditation, yoga, observation, contemplation, and journaling, we will connect to the grounding energy of the forest, and attune our nervous systems to their natural state. Following the forest walk, you will be guided through a slow, grounding yoga practice outside.
Open to all levels.
Meet at the Belcarra Regional Park Picnic Area. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start at 9am.
What to bring:
– hiking footwear
– yoga mat (leave in the car)
– layered clothing
– water bottle
– snack
– journal and pen
