Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a gentle, accessible introductory class, for free! This class will include seated and standing yoga poses to help benefit your mobility, flexibility and increase relaxation, with the chair providing you more support and stability. Chair yoga is for everyone, but especially suitable for those with injuries, challenges with balance, chronic pain or fatigue, as well as those new to yoga. If you thought yoga was too difficult for you, now is the time to try. You can do it!

Cathryn Smith has completed the 200hr YTT, Yin YTT, Restorative YTT and Chair Yoga Teacher Training. A retired nurse of 35 years, Cathryn has a passion for promoting heath and wellbeing and is inspired by the holistic aspects yoga brings in cultivating quality of life for all ages.
