I just love the flexibility that the online classes offer to me. Sometimes I am able to join live and other times I just pick one of the pre-recorded classes.

All classes are high quality with a variety of options that fit most of my needs, I can pick one the fresh recorded class or I can go back a few months and take one of my favorites.

All instructors have adapted very well to this new reality in such a way that you actually get a deep connection and don’t miss being close to each other.

I am very thankful and proud of what you guys have accomplished, not an easy endeavour you have committed.
