Q: Do I need to book yoga classes in advance? 

A: It is recommended that you book in advance to save your spot. Drop-ins will be accepted if there is space in class. Reserve your spot from our class schedule.

Q: Is there hot yoga in Port Moody at Kushala?

A: No, our room is held at a comfortable 22C.  The studio is air conditioned in the summer months and heated in the winter months to maintain steady state.

A: Yes. Many classes at Kushala are labelled All Levels. Therapeutic yoga and yoga for lifelong mobility are particularly well-suited to newcomers or those returning after a break.
