Relax and Renew ~ Restorative Yoga Workshop

Restorative yoga and sound healing journey

With Shelly Cassivi and Heather Dawson

Take some time for yourself, create peace, centre your body and breath, balance the yin and yang, where we will guide you through deeply nourishing restorative poses, to soothe your nervous system, release tension and create a natural flow of energy throughout your body. Some postures will be further enhanced with hands on adjustments and gentle massage. You will enjoy the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, melodic steel tongue drums and various other instruments bookending your practice. This afternoon of yoga and sound bliss is a great way to practice self-care in this season of renewal.
