Spend the afternoon melting away stress and tension. This workshop moves you through deep nurturing and fully supported poses, releasing stress from the body and mind, by doing this you will restore your natural energy. With our busy lives our sympathetic nervous system is in overdrive, for the body to restore itself we need to move into our parasympathetic nervous system – restorative yoga will help you do that.

Heather Dawson

Heather is a Yoga and Pilates Instructor, a certified Yoga Tune Up Teacher and a Ball Therapy Practitioner. She provides classes that integrate anatomy awareness and myofascial release. Heather can be often spotted carrying a bag of massage balls to class as she thrives to help her students learn to move better and live a healthier, well balance life in their bodies.

Shelly Cassivi

Ten years ago when Shelly’s maternity leave was coming to an end she made a radical decision. She chose to leave her job as a spa and retail manager with the goal of pursuing a new path, the path of yoga. She tried talking herself out of it on many occasions, but in the end decided to simply return to her mat again and again and see where it lead. She has never looked back.
