Embodying Grace and Gratitude: Movement and Meditation

You’re invited to an evening of gentle, yoga-based movement and guided meditation designed to help you connect with the qualities of grace and gratitude within yourself. Through intuitive movement and mindful stillness, you’ll soften tension, restore balance, and feel more at ease in your body and mind. This practice is accessible to all levels, no experience needed, just a willingness to move, breathe, and be present.

Silvana Kane

Silvana began her journey into yoga as part of her well being in her early 20s, along with a love of its philosophy. As a professional musician, painter and reflexologist, curiosity for exploration and growth continue to fuel her passions.

Born in Lima, Peru, she was exposed to art and dance from a young age. Self- expression in the form of movement and music became her favourite language and it wasn’t long until she realized that Mother Nature is the best teacher. After many years of travel and living in various countries, she is happy to call the beautiful Pacific Northwest her home.
