One silver lining of the pandemic is that I’ve been able to join the Kushala community from afar – a community that is special, welcoming, and fun which I have not been able to find since I moved away from Port Moody.  I love how dialed the Zoom classes and recordings are with good audio, lighting and video.  It makes it feel like I’m there not just locked in my home!
