Reveal Your Self Mini-Retreat

With Alissa Martin

You will be led through a meditative Nature walk, Yoga, Yoga Nidra, journaling and a few other simple mindfulness practices to shed layers of stress and reveal your true Self.

The Yamas (reflection of our true nature) and Niyamas (evolution toward harmony) will be included with Asanas to round out the Yoga practice. Yoga (union) will be brought to every aspect of this retreat.

Be sure to dress appropriately for weather and/or bring an umbrella.
Please bring your journal or a notebook with you.
A snack will be provided. Please express any allergies or sensitivities you may have ahead of time.

Open to any experience level.

Alissa Martin

Alissa was drawn to teaching Yoga through a fitness background and because she found it to be the treatment that worked best for her body after a car accident. It was also the adaptability of the practice that inspired her. She felt that the postures were open to interpretation, making them even more holistic. Even with alignment principles involved, she sees the beauty in the uniqueness of the individual practice.
