Life moves in cycles that mirror our own. The seasons provide a framework to keep us grounded and encourage us to evolve and change.

The new year symbolizes a time of endings and beginnings. This sound bath is designed to allow the space to become clear about what you would like to let go of and what you would like to manifest in 2026. In the darkness, we will step through the threshold and plant those seeds together.

Join Shelly as she guides you into a deep state of peace, relaxation, and healing, blending the sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, sansula, chimes, and her pure vocals into a transformative sound bath.

Shelly Cassivi

Ten years ago when Shelly’s maternity leave was coming to an end she made a radical decision. She chose to leave her job as a spa and retail manager with the goal of pursuing a new path, the path of yoga. She tried talking herself out of it on many occasions, but in the end decided to simply return to her mat again and again and see where it lead. She has never looked back.
