Free Your Fascia

Awaken the Support Network of Your Body

With Chris Dunphy and Karen Andersen

The body is often described as a “machine”, explained as though it were made up of a bunch of individual parts stuck together to form the whole. You body is much more akin to a plant, starting out as a seed (egg), that seed grows in to a baby, toddler, teenager and finally a mature adult, but at the root we have come from a single cell. Throughout our body we are connected, likely more than you may know. Learn and deepen your understanding of the connective tissue matrix known as your Fascia.

In this workshop we will explore the relatively new science behind of the role of fascia in our bodies functional (and sometimes dysfunctional) patterns. Deepen your understanding of fascia and apply it for a more refined and beneficial posture practice.

This workshop is suitable for anyone.
