Register for MD Wellness Yoga

This class will take a gentle, therapeutic approach to increase the freedom of movement and stability of your hips & spine which can help alleviate mild to acute pain, reduce stress and help bring more physical and mental balance. This class will also incorporate some breath work and relaxation techniques to help calm the nervous system and awaken the inner healing response.
