Loving Kindness Meditation, also known as Metta meditation, is a traditional Buddhist technique used to create positive energy and feelings of kindness toward yourself and others.
This simple ancient technique has been used for thousands of years and is still an effective tool today for dealing with the challenges and stress of modern daily life.
Like other types of meditation, loving kindness meditation is beneficial for mental, emotional, and physical health. In addition to reducing stress and anxiety, this technique can also generate feelings of joy, trust, gratitude, love, and compassion which helps to reduce negative emotions toward yourself and others.
