Heart to Heart Solstice Celebration

The holidays can be a busy and chaotic time. Amidst the whirl of activity, come find the calm and peaceful center that awaits you. Take an afternoon to replenish yourself as you move, breathe, laugh, lean into stillness and find meaningful connection with others. On this sacred winter solstice, Silvana and Shelly offer a homey space and sumptuous practice to do just that!

Let us gather and celebrate the spark that is at the center of each and every one of us!

We will begin by opening the circle and setting our intentions.

We will then ground ourselves in movement and breath.

Next, we will embark on a guided meditation and, through a cleansing ritual, release all that is holding us back, then welcome the light back in as we plant seeds of intention. Seeds that will grow and flourish in the year to come. After allowing all of that to settle in a luxurious sound bath, we will bring the circle to a close and enjoy each other’s company with tea & snacks, laughs & conversation.
