We will start with a dynamic one-hour cardiovascular dance workout to celebrate your body’s ability to move and groove. You will then be guided through a calming series of yin yoga postures (combined with story-telling) to balance the nervous system and restore the body (a few select heart-warming and inspirational tales will be shared to soothe the soul). We’ll then delight in a vegan tea party to replenish you, with an array of delicious vegan finger food (both savoury and sweet), and give you the opportunity to chat and connect with each other.
Open to all levels of experience.
