A focused 25-hour continuing education training exploring the philosophy and craft of vinyasa, with an emphasis on intelligent sequencing and grounded, confident teaching.
What This Training Is About
Vinyasa is more than linking poses together. It is a system of progression, grounded in breath, body rhythm, and intelligent sequencing. This training explores the philosophical and historical roots of vinyasa yoga alongside contemporary approaches to flow, including how embodied awareness inform the way we design and teach classes.
At the heart of this training is the art of sequencing. Teachers learn how to plan classes with clarity and intention, using intelligent structure as a foundation for creativity rather than relying on memorization or fixed choreography. Through the study of progression, repetition with variation, and purposeful pacing, teachers develop sequences that build toward a meaningful peak while remaining accessible to diverse bodies and experience levels.
Throughout the training, sequencing is approached as both a practical teaching skill and a reflection of values. Method and creativity are held together, supporting confidence, adaptability, and the ability to respond skillfully in the classroom. The result is vinyasa teaching that is coherent, empowering, and sustainable for both teacher and student.
