Olga is a thoughtful Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in movement and a deep appreciation for the Pilates method and its many approaches. With several years of experience teaching in the health and fitness field, she focuses on developing customized programs that support each client’s goals, abilities, and capacity.

Her approach blends Pilates fundamentals with her background in dance, emphasizing slow, stable, and flowing movement. Olga enjoys guiding students through practices that feel balanced, grounded, and energizing, helping them build strength, awareness, and ease that translates into daily life.

Originally drawn to Pilates as a way to support her body after a dance career and the birth of her two sons, the practice has since become central to how she moves and lives. Along the way, she has studied multiple Pilates schools and approaches, including a tactful style of teaching that prioritizes sensitivity, adaptability, and respect for individual nervous systems and learning styles.

With over 15 years of dance experience across styles including ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop, Olga brings a refined sense of movement quality and creativity to her classes. She is passionate about helping people move with greater confidence, stability, and flow, both on and off the mat.
