Teacher Training Registration Form and Enrolment Agreement

Kushala Yoga agrees to deliver the program according to the terms of this agreement. Kushala Yoga reserves the right to make adjustments to the program schedule, curriculum and/or delivery. Kushala Yoga certifies that the student has met the admission requirements for the program of study.

Students must have been practicing yoga for a minimum of six (6) months and they must be physically able to practice asana (basic yoga postures). Students must have working proficiency of English. In order to enter this program students must have filled out this Registration Form and agreed to the Enrolment Agreement herein.

1. Students can receive a full refund (less a $250 administrative fee) at any point in time during the registration / administration process before the student enrolment contract is signed.

2. If a student withdraws from a Kushala Yoga Teacher Training Program one week (7 days) before the start date of the training, the student receives 100% refund of the program, less a $250 administrative fee.

3. If a student withdraws with written notice from a Kushala Yoga Teacher Training Program with less than 7 days before the first day of the training, they will receive a 80% refund of their tuition fees.

4. If a student withdraws with written notice or is dismissed from a Kushala Yoga Teacher Training Program after study has started and the end of 2021, Kushala Yoga will retain 30% of the tuition and fees due under the contract.

5. If a student withdraws with written notice or is dismissed from a Kushala Yoga Teacher Training Program before February 1st, 2022, Kushala Yoga will retain 50% of the tuition and fees due under the contract.

6. If a student withdraws with written notice or is dismissed from a Kushala Yoga Teacher Training Program after February 1st, 2022, there will be no refund.

7. If a student is deemed not to have met the Kushala Yoga minimum requirements for admission through no misrepresentation or fault of their own, Kushala Yoga will refund all tuition and fees paid under the contract, less any administrative fee.

8. Refunds owning to students must be paid within 30 calendar days of Kushala Yoga receiving written notification of withdrawal and all required supporting documentation, or within 30 calendar days of Kushala Yoga's written notice of dismissal.

9. If Kushala Yoga cannot proceed with the program in the studio because of unavoidable circumstances, we will continue delivering the program online through web conferencing software. If the retreat is canceled for unavoidable circumstances, students will be refunded $275, and program time will be made up for in the studio or over Zoom.

10. If in the unlikely circumstance Kushala Yoga must cancel the program, we will issue a refund proportional the part of the program hours remaining, less any administrative fee of $250.
