Yoga and Meditation

We will begin by opening the body through dynamic yoga postures and breathing exercises, with variations offered to make the class suitable for all levels. Then, you will be guided into a 15 – 20 minute mindfulness meditation to bring stability and clarity of mind. Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, this class will give simple instructions to help work towards greater presence of mind.
