Therapeutic Pilates

This class is designed to improve mobility and strengthen the muscles which in turn support the joints. Through pilates based exercises (low impact) and stretches, we will target the deep postural muscles to improve overall strength and balance in your body. No previous pilates or yoga experience is required, all exercises will be approached in a safe and subtle way.

In this class you will:

– improve diaphragmatic breathing
– increase muscle flexibility and joint mobility
– learn proper muscle engagement
– ease aches and pains
– create better posture, body awareness and balance

Recommended yoga experience: none required
Focus: Strength, mobility, core, joints, balance
