Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

This class is focused on self-care for both the mom-to-be or new mom. Prepare yourself for the birth of your baby through breathing exercises and gentle Yoga postures with a focus on the pelvic floor.

Once your baby is born and you are ready to return to Yoga, this class will assist you in reconnecting to your core and give you time for self-care. This class is also a great way to meet and interact with other moms and moms-to-be.

If you are in your first trimester and never tried yoga, please consult with your doctor or midwife before coming to class. If you have had your baby, check with your doctor or midwife before returning to yoga (expect to take at least 4-8 weeks to recover).

Note: The instructor needs to lock the door when class begins, so please arrive on time, thank you!

To attend, you must hold either a 5- or 10- Class Prenatal/Postnatal Pass, or pay for a drop-in class ($17.50 / class).

5 Class Pass Option

This pass includes 5 classes that can be used in the span of 6 weeks from its activation date. Extensions are not permitted. If you cannot make it to class, you can use this pass for other drop-in classes (our recommendations are Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for Healthy Back, Yoga for Healthy Hips and Restorative Yoga).

Cost: $75 + tax

10 Class Pass Option

This pass includes 10 classes that can be used in the span of 12 weeks from its activation date. Extensions are not permitted. If you cannot make it to class, you can use this pass for other drop-in classes (our recommendations are Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for Healthy Back, Yoga for Healthy Hips and Restorative Yoga).

Cost: $135 + tax
