Power Yoga is a dynamic and challenging experience. You will develop core strength and stamina, improve balance and inner stillness, create lean, strong muscles and improve flexibility of the joints and connective tissues. Power Yoga will help focus your awareness on proper body alignment, integrity of the postures, and deepen the physical, energetic and mental experience with the guidance of your breath. Classes will often include (optional) inversions and arm balances taught in stages to enhance your physical skill and understanding of the practice in more advanced postures.
