Join us for a calming and centering meditation. Sit with the support gained in a shared space. Each class will begin with a short guided introduction to help cultivate the right attitude and effort for your meditation.
Meditations will be between 20-30 minutes. This practice is suitable for all ranges of experience. Beginners are welcome.
What to bring? At the studio we are stocked with meditation cushions, benches and all the props you may need. Just wear comfortable clothing.
Suggested donation between $5 – $10. 100% of donations are given to SHARE or a local charity / cause.
