Flow Yoga

In Flow Yoga you will build on the elements of All Levels Yoga, with a special focus on movement. You will be guided through a vigorous series of yoga postures, where the transitions between postures are synchronized with your breath. By holding postures and flowing between them, you will benefit by:

  • increasing the energy exchange in your body (boost your metabolism!)
  • detoxifying your organs by stimulating the lymphatic system through movement
  • improving your cardiovascular strength and function
  • balancing your endocrine system (glandular system)
  • establishing a pattern of deep and regular breathing to nourish your body and mind
  • encouraging mental focus through rhythmic and mindful movement

This class is suitable for all levels. However, if this is your first experience with yoga, keep in mind that the class moves more quickly than our All Levels Yoga, and requires a degree of physical endurance.
