Chair Yoga

Designed to achieve mental and physical fitness, for people of any age with varying physical limitations, using a chair instead of a mat on the floor allows the amazing benefits of yoga to be both accessible and safe. Learn yoga postures, chair pilates, breathing techniques and meditation. Poses are practiced sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. No yoga experience needed.
