Cardio Dance/Yoga Fusion consists of a stretching warm-up followed by moving and grooving and laughing and sweating to funky, upbeat music. No dance experience is necessary and it doesn’t matter if you have two left feet. This class is about cardio conditioning, muscle-toning and expressing yourself through movement. Various styles of dance will be explored as Nicole leads you through a wide range of basic dance vocabulary, but there is no wrong way to move in this class. Self-expression is highly encouraged. Get your heart rate up, tone your muscles, discover different ways to move your body, and experience the joy of dancing!
