Maggie fell in love with yoga 20 years ago when she was introduced to it as a teenager. Throughout her practice experience, exploring many different traditions, Maggie came to appreciate the inner strength, confidence and resilience yoga has provided her particularly at key points in her life- such as moving countries, major career transitions, healing from injuries and becoming a mother.
After watching people around her struggle to adapt to changes both physically and emotionally, Maggie completed her 200 hour yoga certification through Kushala Yoga in 2018 in an effort to finally be able to share her passion with others.
Maggie draws inspiration from her experience as a multi- disciplinary dancer as well as her educational training in psychology, philosophy and human development. Maggie’s classes are full of humour, connection and exploration of the capacities of the human body.
Maggie wholeheartedly believes that yoga is for everyone and for every body, and is excited to help people cultivate their inner-resilience through this practice.
