Daily practice over the years has been integral for me to live with both vitality and inner peace. I have strived to continue growing and practice a variety of modalities to add diversity to the classes I facilitate. In class, I will encourage posture alignment, Pranayama, and an exploration of the subtle body. I am grateful to be able to share breath and movement, explore our inner worlds and be radiant together.

  • 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga
  • 23 hr Yoga Outreach core training in trauma informed yoga
  • 40 hours Y.O.G.A. for Youth training in Kundalini for Youth
  • Completion of Reiki First Degree
