Daily practice over the years has been integral for me to live with both vitality and inner peace. I have strived to continue growing and practice a variety of modalities to add diversity to the classes I facilitate. In class, I will encourage posture alignment, Pranayama, and an exploration of the subtle body. I am grateful to be able to share breath and movement, explore our inner worlds and be radiant together.
