Yoga for Grounding & Relaxation
This class begins Monday December 3rd, 2018 from 12:30pm – 1:30pm with Anthea Hughes.
This is an ideal class to help you reduce stress and increase steadiness in the body and mind. This class will incorporate breathing, meditation and wellness techniques to improve sleep, concentration, and reduce anxiety. Will work on standing poses to build a sense of stability, strength and grounding in the physical and emotional body. The class includes longer held stretches to increase flexibility through safe gentle movements. Please join us to increase your overall well being and deepen your yoga practice beyond the physical body.
