Yoga for Core Stability and Balance

This class will support you in connecting with your “core” – what is innermost, holds you up when you need it and helps you find centre and balance. Physically, this class will connect you with the pelvic floor, abdominals, lower back muscles, hip flexors, glutes and inner thighs.
Connecting to your core builds awareness, stability, balance and inner strength, helps to stimulate the digestive fire and promotes healthy emotional processing.
