Yin Yang Yoga

Pace: Moderate

A balanced practice for body and mind combining elements of movement and stillness. Building heat with a mindful flow-based practice (yang), then settling into grounding yin poses held for longer periods of time. Build strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility, and also have time to relax and let go.
