This class is focused on self-care for the mom-to-be. Prepare yourself for the birth of your baby through breathing exercises and gentle Yoga postures with a focus on the pelvic floor. This class is also a great way to meet other moms and moms-to-be.

If you are in your first trimester and never tried yoga, please consult with your doctor or midwife before coming to class.

Note: The instructor needs to lock the door when class begins, so please arrive on time; thank you!
