Kundalini Yoga is a practice that balances glandular systems, moderates the nervous system, increases muscular strength, improves joint stability, and promotes organ detoxification. It energetically aligns your chakras through the physical detoxification process.

We utilize various movement recipes (kriyas), pranayama, mantra and meditation to activate, detoxify and balance yourself physically, mentally and energetically.

Kundalini Yoga enables you to harness the energy of the mind and emotions to be in control of your actions and responses, rather than being controlled by emotions and thoughts.

With this practice you gain a hands on experience of your highest potential. Kundalini Yoga teaches you tangible tools to conquer the stresses of daily life.

You will be challenged in the class in new and beautiful ways. Be prepared to sweat!
