Do Your Thing! and Yoga
Join Chris for an energizing morning of yoga and an activity of your choice. The plan is:
- 9:30am – 9:50am Meditation and Joint Mobilization
- 10am – 10:45am Head outside for a self-guided walk, a run, bike ride, Do Your Thing!
- 10:45am Hydrate, take off your shoes, roll out your mat (again)
- 11am – 12pm Yoga for Healthy Hips and Back. Release your body and replenish your energy with guided breathing and mindful movement.
