Awakening Yoga and Meditation is a morning class designed to awaken, strengthen and bring body, mind and spirit into balanced union, allowing more ease and joy into daily life.
Awakening Yoga and Meditation class is an invitation to start a morning practice that is a very ancient and powerful tool for persons of every age, body type and energy level to strengthen the body, improve mobility, calm the mind and the nervous system and regulate emotional state.
This class will begin with yoga postures to awaken and release the body after sleep and prepare it for the breathing exercises, which will stimulate the flow of prana (the Vital energy) and bring mind into balanced state before the final meditation.
