In Core Flow Yoga you will be guided through a dynamic series of yoga poses and movements to strengthen, stretch and stabilize the core of your body. The core is the area connecting your upper and lower body, including the abdominals, mid- and lower-back, upper thighs and buttocks.
A strong and stable core encourages:
- easeful movement in day-to-day activities
- improved balance and stability
- good posture
- a healthy enclosure and support for the vital organs
- a sense of confidence
