Angela Prider

Shamanic Therapist & Teacher, SRT© Practitioner

Angela Prider’s gifts of working with Spirit, have been strengthened over the last 20 years through a combination of practice and extensive training. In addition to her academic studies in psychology, counseling, and somatic therapy, Angela has had the honor of training with indigenous shamans from Toltec, First Nations, Irish, and Peruvian lineages, as well as contemporary Core Shamanic teachers through the Foundation of Shamanic Studies.

Prior to going into private practice in 2007, Angela worked for over ten years in social service settings as a counselor treating issues related to substance abuse, trauma, and career path. Presently she works with adults to explore and heal underlying spiritual issues related to anxiety/stress, PTSD, addictions, grief, and trauma. Through the synthesis of shamanic healing methods and Self Regulation Therapy©, Angela provides a unique weaving of ancient, time-tested practices, and contemporary, neurologically based methods to treat illness on a true body-soul level. This approach restores balance to the body’s nervous system and a path home for the soul. The external result is an innate ability to move through life with resilience, joy, and authentic expression.

In addition to her healing practice, Angela teaches a number of workshops and shamanic apprenticeships. She looks forward to helping facilitate your return to the sacredness of your soul and the purpose of your life.
