Yoga Challenges

Yoga Challenges give you the opportunity to take your yoga practice to a new level with the encouragement of your fellow practitioners and teachers. By setting an intention to practice more, you will not only uncover new personal strengths, but you are guaranteed to surprise yourself. And because it’s yoga, it’s fun too. Each challenge starts off with a Kick-off class, and ends with a celebration wrap-up party.

Challenge are held twice a year, usually in November and May.
